There seems to be growing support for this idea.
Pence did not leave the Capitol building today, he was taken to a secure location and from there spoke to all sorts of people and took the lead in the response to the events.
Trump sat in the Whitehouse and was totally out of the loop and is apparantly incapable of speaking or thinking about anything except the ‘stolen’ election. He is not acting as President and efffectively the USA does not have a functioning CIC.
He should be removed under the 25th and Pence should take over until the handover.
For all that I don’t like about Pence I don’t think he is insane and he has stated he respects the result of the election.
