That’s because a couple of days ago some WH staffer leaked his daily routine for the last 3 months. Basically 2/3rds of his “working” day is spent watching TV, tweeting and other types of displacement activity, so he’s trying to make it look like he’s a busy busy bee.
Won’t last, unless they’ve confiscated his phone.
