eBay stuff (Part 1)

Was going to say, nice, but no way a grand nice.

I used to like the Tannoy D100 back in its day

from a tannoy dealer too , very nice . lots of money though !!!

wonder what the rrp is

these look nice too , a change from the rash of black ones that appeared earlier in the the year

Now those are really quite intriguing. Very different to a lot of electrostatic designs. Also fascinated by the history as I’d always been under the impression that Peter Walker was the original inventor of the electrostatic loudspeaker.

Available as a stand mount also.

I’ve looked at these before when a pair came up for sale but iirc they were much, much cheaper and I still felt it was too big a risk as resale will be a nightmare.

They get really good reviews though and I’d love to try/hear a pair.

The arm looks adequate.

6300 for almost new kensingtons !!! oh my goodness .

Clearly waaaay too much for crappy Tannoy’s.

A little price’y, but a nice amp with a MM input. 100W per channel and sounds pretty good.

Dogshit

Ugly Note

Enough of this fence-sitting, just call it how you see it.

A little harsh, but one of the least musical sounds I have experienced with the class D bathroom scales as an amp.

Actually a nice looking plank with drivers for a change.

Beautiful but flawed.
