Even if I wanted them, it is a no because Keith reasons. Anybody keen to ask him how they measure and should a valve amp be employed?
Surely he should only sell those horrid Kii active things he bangs on about.
I heard them at Keithās a few years back when he first got them. They did sound fantastic, but I still reckon heāll struggle to get any where near that much for them ![]()
If they are that old, then they would have been the asking price new, plus as a dealer he would get them at 50% less, so they prob owe him 30k.
I was over at RMAF (with Pete) a few years ago & my guy there had a set of Liszts playing in his larger demo room. They did sound pretty spectacular. Much better than Cessaro ever seem to manage at Munich.
To be fair, I hate horn loudspeakers as much as the next sensible person with functioning ears, but all the Cessaros Iāve ever heard have actually managed to make music sound like music, rather than an out-of-tune tribute band playing in a bathroom next door.
Talk like this may require a visit from Stronzetto.
Keith has hacked your account mate.
Danger, dangerā¦
Even the mains cable is a danger
Aesthetix Io Eclipse Phono Stage with 80db gain, twin tubed power supply and mint condition.
ā¬9400. Audiomarkt.
Would be interesting to hear this against my Rhea Signature. Iāve never heard the IO. Much as I love Aesthetix kit itās just too many boxes to be on my lust list.
Good reason to sell a speaker - I canāt afford the other one. Better perhaps not buy the first one
how on earth do these guys expect to sell a ref 3 with no remote at this crazy price ?
Thats crazy dangerous mains cabling.
Sometimes I think some manufacturers see safety as an aspiration rather than a requirement.
I think in this case someone else has replaced the mains cable. I canāt believe Glenn Croft would sell something with a mains cable like that.
You are probably right, but why did they keep the captive mains lead?
