It’s a Ganymede made by Rob Dowse. It was his development of the ANUK IO II which he also used to build.

Strange that it’s collection only for something that would be extremely easy to post/courier 
Still, it’s a good price for what still remains the best sounding cartridge I’ve heard.
With an item of that value it’s probably the safest option for the seller. Ebay is so biased towards buyers these days, plus the risk of damage, or lost by the courier etc.
Around £3600 to the UK if he’ll post them but they look to be in really good condition
