As the saying goes, ‘Don’t let my wife sell my stuff for what I told her I paid for it’
In this case, at auction, after fees, that might be exactly what she does get.

And don’t ever crack that joke to someone selling kit because they want to get rid of the surplus for medical reasons.

They may just respond “I’ve got terminal lung cancer” as happened to me.

They’re welcome to all of it.

You don’t want a URDS CD player?

Like rocking horse shit and the price seems reasonable to me

Yes, I don’t think they made many of those 300B amps, and a new Solista integrated (845) is about €17,000 now :exploding_head:
Service from Viva is excellent though - lovely people.

I remember hearing a pair of these as a young lad at Moorgate Acoustics in Rotherham driven by Audio Innovations amps with a Voyd TT, it sounded fabulous, the midrange just floated.

Yeah, cheap as well

Magnificent value in fugly/ÂŁ terms too.

Sounds as if the seller does have the fabric covers so they needn’t be quite so “challenging”.

I hope he has two sets because those are ‘two-baggers’ to say the very least.

I think I have just bought it. Hope it likes fridges.

The guy has offered me these OB1’s with an additional discount - If he will deliver I would be very tempted indeed.

Nice; just a shame they’re not the SD1s with the ribbon tweeter. Can’t have everything!

@Rob998 didn’t you find one in the end?
