Hi Any advice please …I have a brand new 4K Amazon firestick plugged into telly for first time and it wants to install the latest updates but won’t allow it to …my daughter has a faster connection so tried it there and still the same
Has it connected to your network?
Yes in both cases
It starts with the firestick logo then asks for network then language then checks for latest update then the image on photo above appears
Is it plugged into the mains or being powered by the tv usb? Try plugging into a mains charger.
Have done that it’s getting sent back as faulty to Amazon …Thanks for helping
Could be a problem at their end? Try again tomorrow morning?
