This is my great grandfather. I should really try and find out more about him. My grandfather died before I was born and I never got on with my dad to ask him much.

It’d be interesting to learn what he did in WW1. A lot of footballers signed up to Pals regiments & went out to fight together.
Very cool,my Grandad played for Airdrie around 1920 ish,sadly it’s not been easy to find much info on it.
I keep meaning to write to City about it. They might give us a bit of a tour around their museum.
