Looks like the complainant went over the head of RBR to Red Bull parent company probably rightly thinking a complaint against Horner wouldnât get very far in RBR.

I didnât notice it at first, but the fact that itâs the RB Group and not RBR, plus the fact itâs been subsequently blow by blow leaked the fuck out of, does make one think of Blinky

Interesting conundrum.
IMO Horner took a mediocre (at best) F1 team, recognised several things wrong with it and addressed them successfully by dealing with them directly and also hiring some new key employees.
I admire him for this. It seems there are some people who want a bit of limelight now the hard work is done even though they have contributed little or nothing to the results.
OTOH it could be good for fans, destabilising the current best team may well lead to the ascent of a different one and give fans somebody else to be angry with or worship - both seem standard fan stances.
