Have had this for just over 2 years and has always been in the protective case. Very light scratch to the front but is difficult to see (and photograph) Ironically the camera on the iPhone Air that replaced it is shite 
It’s grey and unlocked to all networks. Battery is considered ‘healthy’ as it’s above 80%
Don’t have the original box so it will just be the phone (no charger or headphones with iPhones anymore) but will be very well packed. Will include the case if you want it.
