Removed from my AN M8 Pre amp a while ago. These are currently £303 from HiFi Collective. The steps are via AN tants and Mine has the non-magnetic tants on the shunt. Value is 47K.

I think so,the value is defined by the two large resistors, so you can change them to your preferred value.
