Perfect to soak your meat in overnight
Intrigued, but concerned it might warp my LPs…
And christ knows what it could do to my meat…
LOL, I am getting old. Yet another post where I have absolutely zero idea what is being sold and what it’s for.
It’s for soaking your meat.
And destroying your records.
Not sure if it will do both at the same time.
I googled “soaking your meat” but I just got porn.
I googled sous vide porn and got a recipe for Korean smoked brisket.
Strange world.
I’m totally sold on sous vide - love the consistency that you can get.
But Claire prefers the kitchen her way so I have lost interest.
If you like really nice steak - it’s brill as are brisket 24hr jobbies
As a keen cook, I can appreciate the benefits.
I’ll pass on the 24hr jobbies though.
I’m weirdly intrigued by the 1/4 gastro container. Don’t think I’ve ever seen one in the wild, it’s all either 1/3 or 1/6 for the smaller sizes.
You’ve weirded me out as well - I thought that 1/4 was a MOR size.
I only found out about gastronorms when surfing for acrylic containers a few year ago.
I then became familiar with Nisbets.
Done a few briskets - Unbeatably a safer way than a ceramic BBQ
