Wife picked up a couple of gammon steaks for some reason. Any idea what I should do with them?

Grill and add pineapple 
Fry with a poached egg on top, decent chips & peas on the side.

Ancho adobo marinade, grilled with red chillies and spring onions, and had it taco style with cumin & oregano pickled red onions, salsa, corn tortillas and potatoes fried with chorizo and onion.
