Apart from the fact that they will not fit in your room, they would be c.50x over budget and there probably isn’t a pair for sale on the planet, a pair of these would satisfy your needs.

Boenicke W13 Speaker. With 330mm bass.

Now that’s just fucking stupid.

Not really, the op said full range and go loud. They win on both counts

So you should. The sheer scale those things reproduce is like nothing else I’ve heard.

I need no convincing, what I do need is a lottery win so I can afford some AND the cost of converting our barn to house them . . . .

So they should. I’ve had smaller PA systems when playing live gigs

Yes, but you can drive them with a flea powered amp

Yeah, enough namby-pambying around with all those f**king cat-coffins already

Fair comment - but did you see the sideways-potty-on-a-stick Tuffbob’s been listening to?

Suspect the lad needs bringing back into the Proper Speaker fold incrementally…

The ones at Munich last year (mkII?) Were bloody mindblowing. Near had me in tears playing some Maria Callas. I have been wondering how one of Pete’s fully pimped phonos would sound in such a rig. Fantasy hifi!

No idea what I heard in his room in 2016 kit wise, but whilst it was great with jazz and the likes it utterly fell apart when he put some Led Zeppelin on.

Yes, I think the mk1 were there in 2013

Those and some decent subs*

*not shit M&K ones, proper horn ones.
