I recently travelled through Heathrow, City, Belfast City and Munich and I think they were all 2L but I guess Manchester doesn’t have the new machines yet.
Oh interesting. I realise it might even depend on which terminal you are flying through, as they don’t all have the same machines.
They have the new Smiths detectors so you don’t have to remove stuff like ipads/laptops from bags and they can scan/sniff bigger bottles.
Same at Gatwick I believe.
Although I think I read somewhere that they had to strengthen the floors before the new machines were installed.
Makes quite a difference getting through security.
Can detect even trace amounts of Johnny Marr.

Just arrived, venue is vast and sprawling, OJAS shipping crates were closed when I walked past, so I found something else to pass the time

Yes, he mentioned that in his talk, that and the phono stage were both stand ins due to stuff breaking in transit.
He seems an absolutely lovely bloke.

Really good - obviously not the system he had intended to show there given the transit issues, but he seemed really happy with the replacement components.
Anyone who has been at the show seen anniversary AE2 on display or is it Ai bullshit I’ve seen?
