You are good enough to do your own thing and really are better out of that environment.
This is actually good news for you, as, if they are no longer doing bespoke tailoring, you won’t have any issues with restrictive covenants and will be able to continue working with your existing customers.
Companies making decisions like this during the current situation really pisses me the fuck off, but I’m sure this will be a good thing for you in the long run and I sincerely hope that it does not cause you additional stress.
