Interesting Speakers

They are still mad looking and I’d still prefer a Funktion One stack.

Wow! The bass has blown the plaster off the walls! There’s a little technoman in the bass bin who bellows doof doof doof so we all know it’s time to lose our shit on the dancefloor.

RH speaker has gaps between the cones. LH speaker cones overlap. My teeth are itching. Is this a mock–up or a shoddy AI image?

Cleverly, he fixed it by only completely butchering one driver, instead of three :joy:

Speakers on a stick, what they charging for that?

Can someone who knows more about such fuckwittery explain wtf is going on here?

The quality of the crossover can make as much difference as the quality of the drivers, the cabinet, or any other part of the speaker.

I had a pair of IPL M3TLMs which had very much modified crossovers. The difference was “significant.”

Disappointed that it is only single wired. I would want to experiment with different combinations of cables and risers to help the poor old music squeeze its way through that lot.
More OCD viewers may be more disturbed by the disposition of the base footers, or bits of gash two be one, as we technicians call them.

If I’d spent that much on copper caps I’d want the whole world to see 'em too :+1:

Nothing makes any difference - that’s why we all listen to NS-10s driven by Behringers here…

Some of them look suspiciously like other types of caps wrapped to look like the Miflex, the big one near the top looks suspiciously like a big green russian type cap with a wrapper
