Interesting Speakers

Ah right. I guess also it’s good for them to use something that looks different from everyone else.

Funnily enough I went to a kid’s birthday party at Babylon Park in Camden and they had a Funktion One stack on a dancefloor area there. Was smiling at a) how overkill it was and b) how they’ve become mainstream. I can see why Fabric wouldn’t want to be associated with that brand so much.

Not saying they sound bad. Equally there is a large ‘form’ aspect here.

I’m sure they sound great - I doubt they’d compromise (noticeably) on SQ.

Talking about form factor, I always loved the look of the Thunder Ridge system at The End (hard to find good photos) - really wanted a pair at home. I think they were custom made though.

Snap!

Worry not Chris, there will be more bakes. In fact I was speaking with the Mrs about a summer bake/BBQ this year. We were going to have one last year, but we had to postpone it because she developed a nasty bout of shingles.
