Stronzetto took an interest in hifi for the first time today. Momuntarrily baffled I inquired further with the unsurprising response - “Ummm looks like good glue”
The disco lights are the side are what sold it to me.
Is that the holy grail ‘inky black background’?

A nice combination of the disadvantages of horns (mahoosive size) and direct radiators (inefficient, high distortion).

Sad we have exported bad taste to New Zealand. They might sound decent but they look bloody awful.

Building large speakers and charging over (sometimes well over) £100K seem to be where the market is at these days.

Exactly, I’ve got 3 jars of coffee, a kettle and a hi fi, so I’ve done all the donkey work.
