The BBC had Robert Oppenheimer’s grandson on R4 this AM talking about the current high state of threat due to ongoing nuclear proliferation - he cited Israel as currently the greatest threat of all, as their nuclear arsenal is undeclared and unregulated.

Slightly puzzled by government ministers expressing surprise and alarm at the aerial footage shot from planes air dropping aid supplies. Alarm possibly because it was shown on the national news.
Puzzled because the daily surveillance flights over Gaza undertaken by the RAF out of Cyprus will have recorded the progress of this devastation since October 2023. No doubt the RAF are making their footage available to the IDF but you’d have thought the MoD and therefore the relevant government ministers would also have had access.
