You are late. If you’ve left it until now there is a real risk that some of the sprout taste will still be left in them by Tuesday. Then what are you going to do ?

I’d recommend putting them in a pressure cooker to accelerate the process.
Mine have been vac packed, and in water bath at 42.34 deg C for 6 weeks. I’ll get them out tomorrow ready for smoking on the bbq over wood from recycled tea cases
