I quite liked the 510 mk2 when I had one a long time back.
Still have a bouncy deck,but hardly use it due to slight shakes in my hands.

I’ve ticked every box on the list of things not to do with your turntable, and it still sounds good.
Have treated myself to a new counterweight. £13.50 delivered. I’m enjoying this experience very much.
The felt mat has a tendency to stick to LPs, so maybe that’s next for replacement.

This morning, I have taken the Pro-ject project a few more steps towards completion.
Fitted the new counterweight.
Gave all the screws, nuts and bolts a good tightening.
New motor suspension belt and S/E upgrade kit now fully fettled.
Arm height adjusted.
Sounding really nice now.
Clingy felt mat still annoying the crap out of me though.
When I find time (and can be arsed), I will adjust the arm lift, as it lifts the arm a little higher than necessary.

I have numerous mats,and the felt ones are highly annoying
Maybe get a 1mm cork one
