Hi all.
Jacks original kit sponsor FZ Forza uk has basically gone bust and so the parent company FZ Forza Denmark has asked him to resign with them as his kit sponsor until end of 2020 covering his Paralympic year.
He is inclined to sign. However I have read the contract and it seems to tie him in as the preferred sponsor after that date too.
We need some help from a solicitor to better understand it and maybe help with a bit of renegotiation to make sure he doesn’t get caught out.
Anybody out there can help or recommend a good legal expert. We would be grateful for some help.
