She’s a South African called Bernie Spofforth. She’s a real nasty piece of work, lots of previous for race baiting, but she’ll plead not guilty so will be interesting to see what she gets if she’s convicted.

Meanwhile in other news racist childminder woman is in court today
I’m surprised that nobody has posted the photo of the loneliest racist in Crawley.
And I’m sure that the irony is not lost on the police officers protecting him that given half a chance he’d be chucking bricks at them.
Apparently she wasn’t in court, but appeared by video link and did not enter a plea.
The Magistrates Court decided that the matter was too serious for them to deal with so she was remanded in custody until her next appearance at Northampton Crown Court on Monday.
I know it would be crass and insensitive to start a sweepstake, but were I that crass and insensitive, I’d bet a pound she gets a custodial sentence.
All proceeds to charidee, obvs.
Magistrates Court have power to impose a max of 6 months custodial for a single offence. If it is too serious for them and they have referred to the Crown Court I would think your pound is safe.
