Let's loot the vape shop

Fucking glad the appointment wasn’t on Wednesday then. Seriously, it was edgy. What took some of that away was speaking to an older woman at the bus stop.

Otherwise, I wonder how close it is to posters in the windows like in the old days.

One of the many things that rankles about the current rise of populist neofascism is that a lot of it is based on a warped and perverted kind of nostalgia for a time none of them can possibly remember.

I guess they also want rickets and diphtheria back, no more free healthcare, no cheap foreign travel, no more takeaways, no employment rights, no state pension, pollution smogs that last three weeks and kill off thousands of elderly people, no smartphones, no telly, only the wealthiest 10% able to afford cars, higher education for the wealthy alone… &c, &c, ad naus

Sadly that is how Brexit was won.

I absolutely loved the 70s,but that was down to me being young,I’m sure my mum didn’t enjoy the petrol queues rationing along with sugar, constant power cuts etc.

I think many thought Brexit was going to transport them back to their youth

I hope to see Kneecap at Crystal Palace in June.

I suspect there may be a new chant alongside “Fuck Keir Starmer”

Indeed, a big issue is how much they can talk about incidents in the early days. So they just jump to stupid assumptions, however they then take far too long when they can clarify to actually clarify.

Does the mob disburse mumbling ‘that’s ok then’, when they are told a rapist is white?

Certainly the way it seems to work online.

Yep, and as a general rule, they are more than happy to abuse their own wives but that’s in private so ok.

The ‘goods-and-chattels’ mindset just won’t die.

All the flags round Newhaven have gone.
Each time they get put up they are higher and higher.
Out of reach of ladders now, you need serious access gear

The ones in front of Didcot Parkway (“Welcome to Didcot - We’re Hateful !”) disappeared 10 days ago. They were back in a few days. The lamp posts aren’t very high so ladders would have been enough.

The council needs two drones - one with a small disc cutter for the cable ties and one with a vacuum/suction hopper to keep the loose flag out of the drone rotors. They could fly them remotely so there would be no issues with staff being threatened and they could beat a retreat if the haters turned up with catapults. I imagine BAE Systems could knock something up over a weekend.
