George was trained by several people Malcolm Davis was one. Malcolm did a lot of mastering for Apple and was for a time my boss. It was an interesting job, if you wanted to speak with Malcolm you had to find him in the pub.

That deceptively languid style they have is just wonderful.

There was an amazing film of them playing songs from their first album in the studio I’ll need to try and find it again it’s tremendous.

I remember now it was a Strut Records thing at the time of the album release - this is a snippet the original one was about 30 -40 mins.

I’ll do a bit more digging.
