I’d have gone straight to ‘anything by Meera Sodha’ too.

Is it a gift for someone or are you looking for recipes and ideas for you to try yourself?

If it is to use yourself and it doesn’t need to be a book then Veg Recipes of India or the vegetarian bit of Vah Chef are worth checking out.

Al’s kitchen on YouTube is a very easy no frills channel on Indian cooking.
