Ten pours
Very course grind
3:30 total draw down
20g to 300ml or 15g to 225ml
First pour 30s bloom
Then 15s between pours
So for 20g of coffee:
0 30ml
30s 60ml
45s 90ml
1m 120ml
1m 15s 150ml
1m 30s 180ml
1m 45s 210ml
2m 240ml
2m 15s 270ml
2m 30s 300ml
Then wait for it to all draw down which should take to around 3m 30s
