All of the fashions, all at the same time. Has a more than a whiff of an useless personal shopper around that outfit.
Cerise?
TIL that when I see people writing about a āRepp tieā theyāre just talking about what I would call a school tie
This was brought about by seeing an ad for a recycled plastic tie from Uskees
I figured I might even buy one just to mix it up for Christmas. Then realised I might even have one already
Literally the old school tie, so exactly 40 years old. I donāt think Iāve ever worn it. The place was very St Custardās so there must have been 100 ties signifying different things. I wonder if they still do that. I was such an underachiever I was entitled to wear precisely one of them.
Still, might wear this one for Christmas now I know it has a fancy name.
Yeah, there was a big article about that in the FT as well. I didnāt know about their history before setting up the brand.
Iāve now actually read the article and itās basically a list of where I shop. I feel very seen
Here ya go @Kevin
A few days ago. Trying on an outfit for a summer wedding.
Ignore the shirt, the plan was for something in this linen
In the event I bailed. With my iffy perception of colour thereās no way I could be trusted with decisions like that.
Mock away. I may well delete later
Correct decision.
Guy you are the AAās Stanley touchĆ©
Iām generally highly indifferent to this sort of a thing from a consumer POV, but that shade of green I do highly approve of - which is a sure sign you shouldnāt buy it Iām afraid
I used to wear something almost identical to this back in the day.
An 18th gift from my (gay, Freddie-Mercury-a-like) costume designer cousin, 20 years my senior.
For a moment I was until I remembered that Iām nearly 60
The shape of that looks quite good, but the whole patch thing on the left side of the jacket bugs me. Why a patch? What is that mini flap & patch for? I understand that the zip on the patch is parallel to the front edge, but this is a tricky angle to get your right hand in.
My first reaction was cluttered bollocksā¦
Zippo
Fair enough!
