Much measuring and faffing to commence. Initial thoughts are the bass is pretty damn impressive considering they taper off at 80Hz, so don’t think I need to go too mental on the bass part.

I am edging towards ported 18inch now rather than a folded horn type. Should still be enough, but it is early days. Fiddled a bit with the crossover with good results, but just need to deal with smoothing it out a bit more.
Hopefully will do this next week, then it will be a week or two of getting used to them before deciding on the bass

DSP fiddling is a rather large rabbit hole. Still getting my head around it, but this is the latest iteration measured from the listening position.
Just to give a start to end of the system
Network cable to WiiM Pro with fixed output level via coax to
miniDSP flex eight, outputs on 6 RCAs to
XTZ Edge A2-400 which is Ice modules at 400w on the bass
David Wright EL84 SET monos on highs
Decware Zen SET on highs
All of that is then runs through an 8 core cable (6 used, 2 spare for bass duties) cable with speakon connectors in the speakers.
Inside the cabinets; B&C DCX464 coaxial compression driver and two 12 inch B&C 12NDL88 per speaker.

Have you measured from 1m distance with some sound absorbing material around the speaker to the mic?
Can see better what’s going on and with each driver..
Then try delaying them back and forth a few ms at a time to see what they does to the phase.
I can’t remember if you are using 2nd order XOs?
If you are you will always get the phase wrapping 180°, but you can align the phase through the overlapping XO frequencies if HF and MF, MF and LF and get a more coherent sound, just from time delays.
MiniDSP has enough FIR taps for HF and MF. Then you are into REW EQ and target curves etc.
If you stay IIR you can try PEQing the big peaks. Cuts always sound better than boost and won’t run you into clipping risk.

I did the levels and phase a meter away and took out any reflections in the software. Then I put the mic at the seating location and just tweaked it a little.
Not got any PEQ running atm and it’s sounds great.
Phase wise went with what was recommended and the time delays and it seemed all good.
Will probably keep this for a while and get accustomed to it before trying to improve on it.
Now it’s more even the lack of bass is more obvious, so will get going with designing the bass side. Temporary subwoofer will do for now till they are done.

Are the MF drivers polarity inverted?
If not you can try that and see how it affects the Freq and phase.
It’s possible one of the amps reverses polarity, and the sharp dip at 450Hz combined with the broader reduction there might be a tell there.

I have the highs inverted, but yes as you say amps could have swapped it.
I managed levels, time alignment, getting rid of some reflections from the measurements and so on. But yes realise there is lots more too it.
The suck out could be phase for sure. I haven’t PEQd the other spikes from the lows as that part will be crossed so need to wait till subs are built. No point playing with that now.
Will play with the phase later today after I have slept, then have a read of that guide.

Been thinking about the look of these a bit more now I’m starting to mock up the bass parts. Have just ordered these to go under the bass section. Will then have some slim rubber feet between the bass and the MEHs.
The internet tells me brass goes well against the oak veneer I’m going for.

Yeah plus it will make piss all difference to rubber feet or spikes with my flooring so seemed sensible.
Parts are starting to arrive for the bass
The plan is that main 8 core speaker cable runs to the MEH then from the second socket on the back, this then goes out to the bottom cab. So one cable only out to the speakers minimising faff and looks neater than splitting up the cable.

What was your bass solution?
Not finished modelling yet but will be 15 inch each side in a ported cabinet. Same frontal size as the MEH. The ports are in the box

I did really look at those 
But sadly just too big for the room I have, as are basically everything folded, front, rear, tapped horn.
From listening though I am going to cross a bit higher and ported cabs will go low enough and be efferent enough at the size I am making them.
