The Guy Pie.
My only conniption is the size and the woe at not having any cream
Warmed through, crisp thin pastry, plump fruit, not overly sweet - bravo

Pastry is under extracted.

Yes I need to remember to use the muffin tray next time. Sorry for repossessing the clotted cream. Thanks for the lift too. :grinning:

EDIT. Besides the magnificent @Stepmotheratomicbomb pies the pork dinner served up by @Adpully & Clare was fantastic. The cheesecake was also pretty serious too. Don’t need to eat anything else today. Oof!

First attempt of the year. I had a go at using a muffin tray in the hope of extra depth then didn’t cut the pastry deep enough to get a good crimp on the lids leading to mince evacuation issues - on the up side they are suitably ugly to put off the rest of the family so all may not be lost

They are very seductively lit.

Good effort & not ruined with icing sugar. What filling did you get?

Not ugly, ‘rustic’.
