Second batch, err not so good.
Rolled the pastry too thin and they kind of fell apart. If you close your eyes and inhale they taste alright though.

Had a couple of Jim’s daughter’s mince pies today on my visit to the Bungaloid Utopia in Norfolk - fuck me, THOSE are proper pies, and - take note plebeians - unsweetened lard-shortened pastry: like wot god intended
