I had flu one Christmas when I was staying with my late Dad. It is so far the only time I have had flu and it knocked me out for a week. He ordered me to come to the pub on Christmas morning and plied me with 3 port & brandies. I went home and slept. Woke up on Boxing Day morning.

Last time I had was of those was on a Shinkansen 20 years ago.
My fave random fact is that the can is that shape because the original one was from the neighbouring fish processing plant and was designed to hold 12 sprats head up.

Young but pretty darn good, unpeated & not a hint of sherry cask, straightforward & good for all that. Does have decent single cask provenance & quit pokey abv of 65.9% a 50ml double measure is 3.3 units.
