I don’t have a VW sub, but all of their stuff I’ve tasted has been at the very least interesting, and waaay better than that available from the usual supermarkets.
I rue the day my local Oddbins closed down. :sob:

I just buy it on a box by box basis when they have good deals with their reds.

The vast majority of the ones I’ve had range from very good to outstanding on the Spacehopper alkieometer to the point I very very rarely buy a bottle from the supermarket these days.

I’ve said it before. I assume that the rights to the name have been sold. Knight’s farm is, or was, in Storridge, Malvern. Worcestershire not Herefordshire.

The guy who ran the farm and started cider production would occasionally pick up his son in

and give me a lift. Age 7 or 8 this was about as cool as it got in a Banana Splits kind of way.

Still about as cool as it gets, age 59.

Always has been :+1:

The guy to whom I’m referring was pretty cool. I think he had a plane as well, and used to round up the sheep on a dirt bike.

One day he drove headlong into an old cider press buried in the undergrowth and went :bulb:
