When I finally get into the new house I can properly explore the idea of using the space below the house as a wine/ beer cellar and turning the front where the blue gates are into a bar.

This is similar to my plan. I am thinking of turning this under stairs area, into a bar that can be closed away. A mirror back, uplit glass worktop, wine storage underneath…
Usually in pint glasses by people who wouldn’t know it from orange juice…
(That was the Hennesy though. Such a waste. But funny).
True. There’s a sweet spot timewise for a nice cognac, and after skin fulls of beer and wine at about 1am is not it!

It’s sold out at the 75 price point.
Have you tried their vsop? Does it compare well, if so?
I’ve avoided spirits all month and have a hankering.
