See, what you really need to get into is scale models that are actually jet powered and radio controlled.
A whole new world will open up.
Plenty of vids on YouTube.
Used to do radio control gliders way back.
Tbh I’m kind of happy just making stuff. Once I’ve built it I’m not really bothered, would happily give it away / bin it.

I get that. Just stumbled on some youtube shit with people flying scaled down jet planes with actual proper scaled down jet engines.
Somone on here needs to take that and run with it😆

This is my issue with Lego. Love building the stuff, have absolutely no desire to keep it afterwards. But it’s quite expensive to just build and then ditch.

For Lego there’s a strong s/h market.

I’m in a very similar position. But I’m unlikely to get another Porker. Indy quoted £2k to just change the front shocks. I can buy 4 Blisteins for £1,200. I’ll probably get the 4 done at a local garage, and then take it to Centre Gravity.
