Considering the job, the people, the spotlight, the pressure you would need to be either highly trained and skilled or completely out of your gourd to want it.

Yep Lansley was cluesless and spaffed £20bn on a flawed top to bottom NHS re-organisation on the say so of his wife and ‘friends’; Hunt then accelerated the managed decline of health and social care services to the point where soon we’ll see the insurance salesmen dictating health policy.

It won’t end because Johnson is out - the ERG and their cronys are looking for a more subtle stooge to bribe the voters through this inflation period whilst they destroy the integrity of the country for their own profit.

It might look somewhat fishy but given the calibre of gentlemen involved I’m sure there’s nothing to see here. Move on.
