I’m interested to see how they’ll hand control of good sized cities over to the likes of DP Holdings to run but doubtless with the promise of many jobs & investment, they’ll find a way.
Most of them can’t afford it.
I can’t see any UK city bending over and taking that, let alone that anyone proposing this will have two years to do it.
Ironic they pushed the sovereignty button. (If Charter Cities are complete entities owned by foreign concerns)
