Bet the arsehole politicians and their mates won’t be wondering who’s paying for them
I must have missed the bit where the corrupt financial bods were jailed for insider trading and market manipulation… oh no, wait…. ![]()
Ha ha dream on.
Our church is looking into being one of those as well. As much as being there for the community is a good thing, how have we got to a point where it is even needed?
Setting fire to the local conservative consituency office should provide a bit of warmth.
Could do the local Con club on Christmas week
Lots of fat to burn on a gammon (and reduces the voting pool)

This is interesting
I liked the points about Labour and Starmer. These floating Tory voters are who is needed to get a progressive government into power. Having someone like Starmer is how Labour will get into office IMO - he’s reasonable, reasonably progressive and not likely to lurch left dramatically.
Ultimately I think that the route to a left wing government is via the centre. It’s a journey we need to take, we need to show people that being more left wing is ok, the Daily Mail is wrong. It’ll take time.
Showing is difficult when the mediums of transmission champion an opposing view (The City’s).
Consider the words ‘Woke’ or Snowflake’ One would suggest awake, the other pure…both are now derogatory terms (Demonized / inferior / judged). This doesn’t happen by magic but by telling ‘stories’ (which is how we learn) Until Labour really get a foothold with the storytellers or better still build platforms to tell their ‘story’ (Hello fund raising / internet) they will always be the quieter voice falling on mostly deaf ears (Even if they win an election).
It appears that there’s a whole trove of this stuff.
Although I quite like the idea of an anti-semantic attack.
Used to love the character of Jimmy, here railing against the anti growth coalition.
The alarming trouble is people believe these undermining memes, they spread it down the pub, share it on their tragic little pages and form opinions based on these. - Keir needs meme bot farms, fact check hives, a healthy budget and a new improved Cambridge Analytica. Even properly funding Led By Donkeys would be a start.
Turns out people just needed their mortgages to go up.
There, there.
