Last night was was apsolutely horrendus, dirty Barry had beans for lunch and the cell smelt like a sewer. His arse kept me up all night.
The screws have got it in for me two. Am put in solitary confidement 2 to 3 times a day when I need the toilet and am forced to have rice krispies for brekfast cos they donât do ricicles which I like cos they are sweat.
Theres this muslim who donât like me either. Heâs darker than the usual suspects but heâs def a mussie cos he wears a weird black dress type thing wiv a white collar an he keeps asking how I am but dead menacing.

Think yourself lucky. I woke up on Saturday morning and looked out of the bedroom window to see 9 cows and a bull in the garden. I wasnât too bothered about them being there, it was their âdepositsâ I objected to.
Still, at least the weeds will get fertilised.
