Mortar raking disc

Anyone done any raking out and have a view on which type of 115 angle grinder disc is the best, want to get a good one as a big chimney to grind out and repoint

I did a gable wall once using a diamond disc. Just did a thin cut centrally in the mortar line and then raked it out so as to not damage the brick edges.
