Most reliable external hard drive?

I’m getting a fair amount of music on my laptop now and would like to back it up to an external hard drive.

I’d like as reliable as possible, at a reasonable price point, so your thoughts welcomed please.

Best I have used are WD My Passport Ultra - but none of them last forever, so use backups and watch for signs of failure.

I’ve had WD elements but all failed after 3-4 years, currently a Samsung d3 and a seagate have lasted well
