I did a formula Ford day at three sisters. The orientation laps were done in an mgzs with bald tyres. There were 4 passengers plus the driver crammed in, all with full face helmets on.
I had no idea you could brake that late, or that hard, or turn that tight in a grandad car on knackered bald tyres
It was a really capable little car when driven by someone with actual talent.
And there we have it, the Truth about all cars - most especially those silly ‘Top Trumps’ arguments in pubs - “Ferrari is better than Porksh” &c… To which the only answer is “The cars are all better than Your driving”.

Looking at that makes me think I need to have the moss and verdigris removed from mine.
You should do it if it has not dissolved like mine did, lovely things especially if a straight 6 diesel.
