House has been around 60-65% humidity for the last few weeks so looking for a dehumidifier?
House is 3 bedrooms and 1100 sqft
Meaco seem to be well regarded but looking for real world and not made up amazon reviews
I have one and so does my daughter. They are very good.

We have a Meaco one here too, seems to do the job pretty well - it certainly pulls plenty of water out of the atmosphere.

We have one of these and really rate it. Also, it works well even in cooler temperatures.

was looking at the Arete two 12l as it says it does up to 3beds
Might well be fine - we’ve got the Arete One 20L here, but it’s a 4-bed house (and also not hugely well insulated, which probably doesn’t help).
My Meaco 20L has just packed up I’m afraid just weeks after the warranty experied. Currently considering the £70 min repair charge from Meaco…
I can’t help with capacity rating, I oversized just to be sure.
I’ve had two 6L units for about 8 yrs and they’ve been faultless.
RH here is almost always very high, they need emptying twice a day when I use them. They do have an option to fit a (supplied) rubber hose to discharge into a larger vessel which I’ve also employed to good effect.

It took 5x days of constant emptying to get the humidity down to 45% but it’s now just ticking over and haven’t had to empty it for about 4 days.
Surprising how damp the house must have been to get it down from 65% to 45%
