I’ve gone for the last few years (except covid) but not this year.

a) May is a wash-out
b) What sort of amateurs set up their event to clash with Desertfest London? I mean - duh!

It’s a very long way off but mortality-permitting I quite fancy Vienna next year. I haven’t been there in many, many years.

How were the Ojas Klipsch speakers and the new Direkts?

More pics please!

That seems like a wild combination of electronics and speakers.

OJAS were static display, Heco were playing quietly in a large room with kots of business chat going on, so no way to tell unfortunately

The Davis speakers were rocking a strong Snell A aesthetic

What were the new gen AG Trios like if you got chance to hear them? Assume they used their own amp itron modules?

AG always use that room, and they always sound wrong to me at Munich, so I dont draw any conclusions, and these were no different in that regard, something wierd about the bass. Yes they used an AG amp

Day 2, late start due to work reasons  but lack of quantity offset by quality

Silbatone room sounded great, with an image about 9 feet high, which was entertaining during their regular playlist

OJAS system has a nice balance, not high fi, which is a complement btw

And nonsense.

Why are there drying racks in front of the speakers. They could only make the sound worse.

All that walking around the huge amount of rooms on a warm day obviously makes your feet sweat a lot. They very considerately provide the racks to dry out your socks

Too loud and very shouty the year I went.

I’ve never seen those wood floor bounce diffuser things in front of the B&W’s, assuming that is what they are. I can only imagine the mrs reaction. Do they work sufficiently to justify their existence?
