Need a new toaster

Bit closer to budget as well

Google this “ is a rowlett toaster made by dualite”
It will tell you all need to know !
I have a Dualite toaster, kettle, and hand mixer all brilliantly designed as most Dualite products are ..I’ve had mine 15 years now .. I reckon in todays world of buy cheaper and throw away I could have had around 6 other ones in that time as majority seem to give up around 2years ..…Nisbets are a decent company to deal with ! I would go for the one 2 posts above ..

just a dualit classic in an off-brand frock. If its price is better, it’ll perform the same

Sounds like an element issue.

I have and they’re not.

Both brands seem to be good quality and serviceable/repairable

Maybe I’ll have to consider stretching the budget a little.

Plus Vat. … :frowning:

I had a Dualit, Hel hated it so it found a new home. The cheapo one that replaced it probably toasts slightly better. I don’t really care that much about toast though.

If it’s not spreading your budget to thin, you could be the toast of the town with this?

Even toasting? Pah, I want my grill to do the toasting so that each side and each time I make it, is just random. Forgetting it’s on is all part of the charm.

Actively adding peril to life is the mark of a gentleman - Life may be troublesome but it will not be boring.

Sandwich cage sounds like a particularly cruel form of incarceration

billy bargain though given it should outlast your grandkids

Is unlikely to get used

Hahaha, my only living relatives are my Dad and an Aunt and they’re both in their 90s

Ok maybe not then, still great to buy British and repairable

Enjoy the warm glow
