From a ring trip in 2011 (VLN race). Used to see her a lot driving the Ring Taxi.

She and her husband, had a log cabin restaurant built by a Canadian company called The Timber KIngs. It was featured on a tv program, of the same name.

I had no idea she was ill, it really is a such a shame. Always enjoyed her appearances on TG she was such fun.

I have a longstanding, wistfully nostalgic love for batshit-crazy German women, and she was queen of them all. A bright light rudely snuffed out at way too young an age.

She was a shining light…such talent and personality to match…sad loss.

Awful news.

Far too young.

I think she was the best of the TG presenters. Not the best woman - the best.

That is very sad. I can’t believe he only played 21 times for Scotland though. How many would a player of his ability get now?

Certainly could whack a ball, doubt there are many players who have scored more outside the box.

That brought back a few memories (and a bunch of goals I don’t think I’ve seen before as I was too young). Thanks @stu.

We always used to shout lorimer whilst taking a free kick over the park in the 70s.
I probably only remember half of those goals, definitely don’t remember that chip
