Yeah, Jack London

Or John Harperā€¦

:grinning:

London was his fighting name. My bad.

Everyone called him Jack London, even though the family name was Harper.

My Grandfather lived in rooms when he was first married (Green St, West Hartlepool) in the same house as the Harpers. Apparently after Brian was born he used to keep the whole house awake with his crying.

Brian was in the Boys Brigade with my Dad (same age) His brother Jack was too.

Talking to my Dad tonight, he was quite upset at the news.

Hopefully that cunt Cheney wonā€™t be too far behind.

Heā€™s already cocked his toes, hang on, Iā€™m thinking of Tom Chaney the baddie in True Grit. As you were.

Another brand off to Chinaā€¦

Sorry Rob, Iā€™m not free, Iā€™m waiting on an important phone call that will need immediate attention. I should receive it by Tuesday at the latest and until I do everything is up in the air. Iā€™m free the following week though, for food and a pint if you are. Nice now restrictions are lifting a tad.
