Oh bugger.
Whether you like them or not (I do) it’s just another firm that oozed quality and style, regardless of cost, down the drain
Our ever increasingly mass produced World is going to be so dull.

Oh, I could develop a heavy right foot in that. Probably need a second mortgage to keep the tank full.
McCoy Tyner - one of my favourite jazzers I haz the sad now
Nice, if somewhat superficial, tribute.
To think he recorded these three days apart
Along with Paul Bocuse, Michel was one of my early food heroes.
yes I’d eaten his food once, classically simple yet so tasty…
RIP
Actually from his plate? Did he take it well?
yes of course
he asked me for my shoes - he wasn’t happy when I declined
A Real chef. Sad to see him go.
Genesis P-Orridge died today of leukemia. That was a life fully, if rather strangely, lived.
Sad to slip away as the world he paved the way for begins to take shape, for good or ill…
Tragic news. Let’s hope he pulls through
Jeez, that’s awful news.
I hope Mik can recover from this.
I hope Mik recovers and I’m very sorry to hear about his Dad. I knew his dad from the late 80s onwards, a really keen vinyl and valve enthusiast. It had been nice to meet him again a few times in recent years. Despite being in his 70s or 80s he was still a lively individual.
Very sad and distressing news, wishing Mik a strong recovery.
Awful news, always very helpful when I spoke on the phone re SME related stuff. Hope he pulls through.
I only met his Dad once when I was at Mik’s place. I think he was in his 80’s. Very sad news.
