That’s off a tipper truck, I’d guess it was raised somehow, though I’m pretty sure it shouldn’t be possible under normal circumstances.

Years ago in Stratford on Avon a bulk tipper like that drove off after tipping a load and the driver
forgot to drop the back. He drove several miles and tore down some overhead cables on the way. Luckily no bridges were involved.

I was working in Antwerp and the diamond district uses retractable bollards to control access. One impatient woman in a big merc decided she couldn’t wait and tried to tailgate a bus…… It ripped out the sump and left the car 2 feet off the ground… we did laugh

That gets cut curiously short. In the version I’ve seen the debris takes several seconds to return from low orbit.
